Learn how to expect the unexpected and take a step toward emergency preparedness with Emergency First Response.
As one of the foremost international CPR and first aid training companies, Emergency First Response gives you the confidence to respond to medical emergencies -- not just in diving, but in your everyday world with your family, friends, neighbours and coworkers too. We provide you with the training at Simply Diving, Costa del Sol, Spain.
Emergency First Response is also flexible. You can learn background knowledge in your own time then conduct a practical, hands-on training session with one of Simply Diving's qualified Emergency First Response instructors.
Completing the Emergency First Response course meets PADI Rescue Diver prerequisites.

Health & Fitness
Anyone with an average level of fitness can enjoy scuba diving. You don’t have to be an athlete!
However, some medical conditions such as heart or lung problems could prevent you from participating.
Before signing up for a PADI course, you will be required to complete and sign the standard PADI Medical Questionnaire [PDF, 120KB], with any “YES” answer cleared by a doctor.
We recommend taking the form to your doctor for completion before you travel to Spain.
