DIVE CENTRE'S CELEBRITY STUDENT GETS BUSINESS OFF TO FLYING START
SIMPLY DIVING Costa del Sol’s new management team celebrated their new venture by welcoming a TV celebrity as their first student.
Simply Diving, the only British-run PADI 5 Star IDC Centre on the southern Spanish coast, is now run by a father/son team, MSDT Simon Bell and his dad Alex.
The owners got off to a good start in September by welcoming Spanish TV star Miguel Nadal!
“It was a great start to have someone so famous come to us for his training”, said Simon.

“Miki Nadal is like the Spanish Ricky Gervais. With so many people on the beach interrupting for a quick handshake and a photo, it made it very tricky trying to teach him his compass skills!”
But, in fact, the well-known family favourite loved his course so much he immediately signed up for and completed his Advanced OW certification.
“We’re just hoping to build on Simply Diving’s great success of the last few years”, continued Simon. “Here’s to the future…And hopefully more celebrity Open Water students!”
